stunning upgraded room with sea view. excellent outside pool as well as thermal pool inside. helpful staff and delicious food. exceeded our expectations during this city break. a wonderful stay.

The rooms were a nice size and well-appointed, with a minibar, satellite TV and climate control, comfortable bed. The location was beautiful and excellent, for example, Ischia Arte&cultura was relatively near the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic area: there was a bus stop near the venue.

The swiming pool with the heated swim water was very nice. Very refreshing when coming up from the pool! Nice concept with opposite effect from the normal pool.The panoramic view from the hotel was breath taking. The food quaility was very good at reasonable prices!

The hotel is located on a top edge of a cliff side. The steep walk down (stairs) from the pool to the sea was quite exhaustive.

The healing waters cured all my ailments, while the private beach with crystal clear waters allowed for refreshing swims. The hotel's magnificent views and elegant details were a treat for the eyes.

I really enjoyed the road around the port of Ischia, it's like they preserved its ancient origins as a lake just for me to admire.

We were a party of 6 occupying 3 rooms, we found the rooms quite roomy and nicely decorated. The view was exceptionally appealing, because of high winds and cool temperatures we could not fully appreciate the veranda. I did manage to take advantage of the spa for a short period and would like to experience more the next time we visit.The food could have been more flavorable and this could have been accomplished had herbs and spices been used to enhance the different dishes. The staff in the dining room were very friendly and quite respectful. We all enjoyed our stay, four in hour party sent me an email telling me what a nice choice I made in making the reservations on the internet and they will always remember their stay at the Hotel Le Querce Terme & Spa. Just that the food could be more flavorable, othewise everything was great!

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with fantastic views. The room they initially gave us didn't have the garden view we requested, but when we mentioned it, they moved us to a room with a spectacular sea view and a small balcony. Waking up to the blue mountains and sparkling sea was pure joy. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The lunches by the pool were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and lovely staff.

The place was clean and stuff was helpful. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with balcony. Got a very good breakfast included. Location: the hotel was so close to the harbour where there is plenty of great restaurants to choose from with loads of fantastic dishes, the port and back, and William Walton's Gardens...

Incredibly beautiful hotel, brand-new rooms, bravo!

a huge variety of food at the breakfast, including slices of fresh bread, cakes and cheese. the rooms with balcony view and incredible views, as example. remote location, a 10-15 minute walk from inglesi beach.

During my stay at Le Querce Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking views from my sea view room with a balcony. The interior of the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was good, with friendly servers and strong coffee. I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the lovely pool area and private beach. The free shuttle service to the port was a convenient bonus.

The service and staff is horrible, I have never met such un unkind staff, you have to pay for their every smile, if you pay for all their offers, then they are kind, if not, it is your problem. They lost my husband's expensive T-shirt and didn'e even apologize. The answer was" what can I do, I can do nothing", I was shocked at this and when I asked to connect me to the general manager, they solved the problem saying she didn't speak English, that was what they did. Horrible service, I don't recomment going there definitely.

The view of the port & coast line from the room balcony was fantastic. The hotel staff were verry friendly and courteous. Reception staff, even when busy, had time to answer questions and offer knowledge about the island. Restaurant staff verry efficient and welcoming. Easy to get to and from other parts of the island as the bus stop was right outside main gate.

There was nothing I did not like during my stay but I felt the rooms were a little tired and dated (although the maid kept the room tidy & clean). Noise was a slight problem when people in rooms next door walking about in shoes on tiled floors at 5am!! Guess theres nothing one can do about that.

The food at the hotel was alright and the staff were mostly friendly. The location had a beach and a pool, which was a good choice for the romantic escape. The spa was a nice touch and offered some relaxing treatments.

The overall price of the hotel was too high compared to the facilities offered. The rooms were very basic and lacked comfortable amenities such as a fridge or a proper air conditioning system.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the nice view from my room and the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area, which was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The indoor thermal swimming pool was a highlight, and it was great to be able to enjoy it during the cold weather.

I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the bar menu, which was missing milkshakes and non-alcoholic cocktails. The location was also not ideal as it was far from the town center and required a long walk to get there.
